This long term project is being developed by 4 non-governmental organizations:
- "Humana People to People" in Latvia
- "Youth Exchange Service" in Netherlands
- "PROMESAS" associaciaton from Spain
- "Stichting  Mirakel" from Netherlands
 
And by 2 governmental entities: 
- "Gulbene Municipality council" from Latvia
- "Maracena Youth Center" from Spain
