Asociación PROMESAS (Spain)

 

Asociación PROMESAS (Promoter of Educational Methodologies for a Sustainable and Alternative Society) is an association based in Laguna de Duero (Valladolid), in the region of Castilla y León, in center-north-west Spain.

Our main objectives are to create educational programs and vocational trainings, to promote alternative and sustainable social awareness through education, facilitating youth entrepreneurship and promoting the exchange of experiences and cultures; and develope programmes that contribute to personal development of young people through non-formal education, youth mobility and intercultural learning.

    In 24th december 2014, we decide to create Asociación PROMESAS, a platform where to work for and with the citizens, through the implementation of different activities and projects to contribute to their self-development, in order to create a sustainable, alternative and better society among us.

Even if NGO was created just in 2015, we have experience as a promoter of Erasmus + projects; we are now promoters of some Training Projects aimed to improve the skills of youthworkers within their actions. Furthermore, our youthworkers and volunteers have huge experience in non formal education projects, including  youth exchanges and trainings granted by European Comission programmes Youth in Action and Erasmus +.
