Nacho from PROMESAS

Ignacio Salgado Andrés (Nacho) is an active member of different NGOs working in Non Formal Education. He has an 11 year experience in Scout Groups, mainly leading local, national and international educative workshops/camps/events, but also coordinating large human resources groups and developing trainings for educators and leaders. Last 3 years, he works actively running trainings and youth exchanges within Erasmus + programme (before Youth in Action) and developing structures of NGOs to create non formal education projects.

"For me, this project is a way to own learning, to discover the links between the creative and the pragmatic facts of learning, to establish the possible link between the benefits of non-formal education applied in the stages of formal education field. I think there is a whole way forward for formal education to create a new format, and the creative environments are necessary elements for the new model" (Nacho).
